Linear Low-Density Liners

Linear Low Density Polyethylene bags, or LLDPE, are a less soft than low density bags and are typically a bit more hazy. LLDPE bags have greater tear strength and dart impact resistance making them perfect for more industrial uses. They can be made from either octane(highest strength), hexene, or butene(low end). LLDPE bags are often infused with anti-block additives such as silica, talc, or calcium; minerals that will help keep the film from "blocking" or sticking to itself or equipment. In these cases the bag surface is rougher.
